Have an iPhone and curious about what it can do beyond messages and photos? Come learn more in this iPhone Tips & Tricks class! In this class, we will cover:

  • Lock and Home Screen customizations
  • Control Center quick tools and how to customize them
  • Do Not Disturb settings and custom configurations within it
  • How to send Unknown Callers and Spam Likely straight to voicemail
  • and more!

Multiple iPhone generations (i.e. iPhone 11, 13, 15, etc.) welcome, however we will be using an iPhone 14 Plus on iOS (operating software) Version 18.6 for this demonstration. To check your own iPhone's iOS Version, go to Settings > General > About and you will see the iOS Version listed there!

Successful library programs are designed with age in mind. Please note this program’s age guidelines will be enforced for all active participants.

Photo Permission / Opt-Out

Library staff may snap some pictures during public library programs to use in promotional materials and online. If you do not want your photo used, please email reservations@tpml.org.

Registration Procedures

Registration is required for this event. If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to provide notice for someone coming off the waitlist. We encourage registrants to arrive 5-10 minutes early to park and get settled. If there are no shows once the event starts, other patrons such as those on the waitlist or on "stand-by" will be offered any free seats.
