Join us on the adventure of a lifetime for a limited book club series covering The Odyssey!
This 6 week long series will cover 4 books of The Odyssey every week, culminating in a Welcome Home Odysseus party after the last class on Thursday, April 16th, the date when Odysseus returned to Ithaca after his 10 year journey home.
Copies of the Fitzgerald translation of The Odyssey provided to each registrant, with print outs of sections of the Wilson translation provided for comparative analysis.
PLEASE NOTE: As we are only able to accommodate 12 registrants, please only sign up if you are planning to attend all 6 classes!

Successful library programs are designed with age in mind. Please note this program’s age guidelines will be enforced for all active participants.
Photo Permission / Opt-Out
Library staff may snap some pictures during public library programs to use in promotional materials and online. If you do not want your photo used, please email reservations@tpml.org.
Registration Procedures
Registration is required for this event. If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to provide notice for someone coming off the waitlist. We encourage registrants to arrive 5-10 minutes early to park and get settled. If there are no shows once the event starts, other patrons such as those on the waitlist or on "stand-by" will be offered any free seats.
