Each Thursday night at the library is a special hang out time just for children aged 9-12, a.k.a., tweens. We might be cooking in the kitchen, playing board games, making something awesome in the Makerspace or honing engineering skills during a STEM program. This week we will be taking some time to learn how to use the Citizen Science Kits that will soon be a part of the library's collection: "Exploring Biodiversity," "Observing Pollinators," "Mapping Mosquito Habitats," and "Measuring Light in the Night."
Tween Time runs about 60 minutes. All materials provided and free while supplies last.
