Healthy Aging:  Meditation for Seniors

As we age, the choices we make can determine the vitality, energy and well-being we enjoy. Meditation can be the key to living a healthier, happier lifestyle as we move through our mature years. Join William Smith, retired Army Lt. Colonel and long time meditator and meditation instructor who has been practicing meditation for many years, and speaking all over United States as he discusses how meditation can improve our physical, mental and spiritual health.

In this presentation, you will learn effective strategies and a simple, profound meditation technique that can improve your concentration, keep your mind relaxed and alert, while enhancing your memory and bringing about greater joy and well-being. Meditation can also offer us a more expansive perspective on life and help us connect with others, improving relationships and our sense of oneness with all Creation. The audience will have a chance to practice this meditation technique.
