Want to try a cool new way to apply sunscreen this summer? Join our makerspace session and learn how to create your own solid sunscreen melts! We'll guide you through the simple process of combining sunscreen with other ingredients to form easy-to-handle cubes that melt upon contact with your skin. Discover a fun and practical way to stay protected from the sun while experimenting with basic cosmetic creation. All materials will be provided for this hands-on activity.

Successful library programs are designed with age in mind. Please note this program’s age guidelines will be enforced for all active participants.
Photo Permission / Opt-Out
Library staff may snap some pictures during public library programs to use in promotional materials and online. If you do not want your photo used, please email reservations@tpml.org.
Registration Procedures
Registration is required for this event. If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to provide notice for someone coming off the waitlist. We encourage registrants to arrive 5-10 minutes early to park and get settled. If there are no shows once the event starts, other patrons such as those on the waitlist or on "stand-by" will be offered any free seats.
